Safety in Catering
Safety in kitchen depends on design, maintenance, training, cleanliness and management and staff attitude towards safety. The parts I can help with are the design and maintenance of your kitchen and catering equipment. I also have a selection of sample notices in the downloads part of my website to help with safety notices.
Safety in kitchen depends on design, maintenance, training, cleanliness and management and staff attitude towards safety. What I do:
I repair gasfired and electric catering equipment like cookers, fryers boilers, ovens etc. I cover the SA20 and higher postcode area. If you are a manufacturer and require my services to support your product, I can travel further afield. I also manufacture the Indigoswitch interlock system
terms and conditions
I charge for my time per 15 minute block and travel to and from your site is charged at this rate as well. Currently the charge is £ 40 plus vat per hour.
Invoices are payable immediately and all charges to persue non payment are added on top of the invoice. All parts and goods supplied remain my property until paid for and access must be provided to enable collection and or removal.
